Decorated clay vessel with lid (strainer-pyxis)

Luxurious vessel with incorporated strainer on the inside. It was used for the production of perfumed oils or as an incense-burner in rituals. Spirals with white dots decorate the body of the vase, while the crocus flowers emulate the beauty of the Theran landscape.
